  • Chartered to develop vertical practices from product design through sales execution to jettison an exit strategy (buyout or IPO) for a leading global supplier of business process analytics solutions.
  • Developed new vertical markets and channels for an Enterprise Application provider/reseller (Software, Systems and Services) in CPG, Media & Entertainment, and A&D while developing Oracle, Cognos, IBM channel partners along with other SCM, PLM, SRM, CRM, EAI and BI enterprise applications/partners.
  • Successfully developed relationships and sales VAR channels while championing Lean manufacturing principals focused on Aerospace and Defense offerings in U.S. and Latin America for a startup PLM, Project Management, and ‘Lean’ Manufacturing application/toolkit provider (Software, Systems, and Services).
  • Developed new account vertical focus in High Technology, CPG, and additional verticals for a leading global PLM application and modeling based 3D CAD software provider (Software, Systems, and Services).
  • Pioneered new account vertical focus in both Medical Device/Pharmaceutical, and Entertainment/Media companies for a leading global PLM provider (Software, Systems, and Services) while successfully partnering with IBM to develop CPG vertical joint offerings. Company later successfully acquired.
  • Successfully recruited, expanded and developed western region entertainment client base for a startup CRM provider (Software, Systems, and Services ).
  • Founded a Holding company for acquisition of multiple Pre-School entities; first business acquisition in Burbank, California.
  • Chartered to turn-around a failing Dot-com/eBusiness Marketplace provider by CEO and Board by securing additional funding, increasing revenues, and lowering costing model with $20MM quota and 10 direct reports. Strategic advisor and participant in Merger & Acquisition targets to complete strategy enabling liquidity, leverage, synergies, and value-add for all entities. Successfully sold company.
  • Developed the methodology, focus, and messaging around strategic accounts for a leading eProcurement and supplier of eMarketplace solutions(Software, Systems, Services) and the High Technology sector, to include; methodology, value propositions/ROI toolsets, targeted accounts, Alliance/ SAP partner strategy/analyst strategy, and templates to enhance core product functionality. Company successfully sold.
  • Recruited by venture capitalists for a leading regional VAR (Mailing, Shipping & Office Equipment Systems, and Services) to secure a Friden-Alcatel dealership in Northern, Central, and Southern California. Responsible for adding new products (Kronos Time Systems, etc.) to existing product lines. Also responsible for all additional aspects of business: hiring, training, selling, setting up offices (Sacramento, Fresno, Ventura). Company successfully sold.
  • Chartered to open new internet and key accounts in the Western Region for a French infrastructure software conglomerate.
  • Worked with an Indian global enterprise software company to develop market messaging and focus to gain customers in Americas for new product line focusing on the insurance and financial industries. Developing deeper relationships with IBM and helping to set up other VAR channels.
  • Working with leading forensic loan and securitization auditors and attorneys to develop strategies for homeowners to keep their homes and secure better terms with lenders/financial institutions potentially saving hundreds of thousands of dollars on individual loans. These models created add value to all parties; homeowners, lawyers, auditors, brokers and financial entities.
  • Develop simplistic to complex health protocols to help executives and professionals to increase energy, strength, mental focus, and overall health to enable higher work productivity and a greater enjoyment of life.
